During this week, students practiced following sentences:

That is a mat.
In Math session, students learnt shapes.( triangle, rectangle, circle, square, heart, star)
In Science session, they got familiar with daily activities.
I wake up.
I wash my face.
I brush my teeth.
I go to school.
۲nd grade
In Science session, students learnt about different plants and parts of the plants. Also, they got familiar with growth process of a plant. They completed their books.
In phonics session, teacher reviewed /ai/ and /i-e/ and students received worksheets.
۳rd grade
In Math session, students learnt ways of making 4, 5 and 6. They are able to read and write numbers.
In Science session, teacher reviewed all the subjects. They are able to answer following questions:
What covers the body of some animals?
How do animals move?
What do living things need?
۴th, 5th grade
In Math session, students learnt how to use calendar and tell the time.

During this week in Science sessions, students have been able to ask and answer following sentences:

Light can come from different sources.

The sun and fire are two sources of light.

Lights help us to read and write at night.
They are lots of ways to move.
A boat can float on a big lake.
A magnet sticks to things.
How do things move?
You can move by running, jumping, marching or tiptoeing.
What movements can you make?
Also students watched a cartoon in order to improve their listening skill.
They did a test (unit 2) and completed their activity books.

Shapes and numbers were taught and reviewed, beside they got familiar to daily activities. In GE sessions students learnt to follow the directions.

Students learnt the vowel long /o/. /oa/ and the examples, /o-e/ and the examples, /ow/ and the examples were taught and practiced. Previous subjects such as long /a/ and /i/ were reviewed.
Parts of the plant were explained and reviewed.

Students learnt to express the stages of doing things by using words “first, then, next, after that, and finally”. Beside they learnt about animals and their babies. Animals’ movement were also taught.

Simple Past time was introduced and taught. Students learnt to talk about their free time in past tense. During the week, students were assessed by dictations and tests.
I went to restaurant yesterday. We played tennis last week.
