During this week, 5 senses were practiced and reviewed.
I can see with my eyes.
I can hear with my ears.
I can smell with my nose.
I can taste with my tongue.
I can touch with my hands.
Parts of the body were taught and reinforced (legs, hands, arms, eyes, ears, and belly). Students are able to make following sentences:
I have got two eyes.
I have got one nose.
I have got two hands.
In addition, birthday vocabularies were taught.
Cake, present, candle, balloon
In phonics session, students got familiar with letter /c/ sound and its words.
Car, cake, candle, candy, carrot, cat, coat
In MATH session, students learned numbers (11-12).
۲nd and 3rd grade /odi1/
Students got familiar with farms animals.
Cat, hen, duck, turkey, horse, cow, dog, tortoise, rabbits, goat
They are able to answer following questions:
Has it got wings? Yes, it has. No, it hasn’t.
Is it big? Yes, it is. No, it isn’t.
Have they got tails? Yes, they have. No, they haven’t.
۴th and 5th grade /odi3/
Students got familiar with wild animals.
Tiger, crocodile, lion, giraffe, monkey, elephant, hippo
Also, they learned where animals live.
Monkey sanctuary, zoo, safari park, reptile house, jungle.
Students got familiar with how much/how many. They are able to ask and answer following questions:
How much meat does a lion eat? It eats a lot.
How many leaves does a giraffe eat? It eats a lot.
How many teeth has a crocodile got? It has got a lot.
How much milk do you want? Not too much, just a little.
How many fries do you want? Not too many, just a few.
In addition, they learned be going to structure. They are able to talk about what they want to do in the future.

In this week, students have been able to identify and use compound nouns. /page 50/
Also students talked about their city with its advantages and disadvantages and they have been able to compare rural population and urban population by using a bar.
In addition, they had a written test of unit 4 and their speaking skill was evaluated.

Pre-school (level 2)
During the week students learnt to recognize and write the letters v,w,z,x.
Letters k,c,f,j have been reviewed as well.
The related examples have been covered too.
۱st grade (level2)
Reading simple sentences containing tricky words have been practiced during the week.
I am happy.
It is a cat.
He is my dad.
I have a red hat.
۳rd grade (level 2)
During the week students read story book and tried to perform it as a show. The concept and usage of “then” as the connector of the sentences has been also introduced and practiced. Beside students got familiar with some concepts of science about animals.
۴th , 5th, 6th grade (level 2)
Students learned about vertebrates and invertebrates. They also learnt different categories of animals.
Vertebrates are animals with backbones.
invertebrates are animals without backbones.
Mammals can born babies. They feed their babies by their own milk.

During this week all the concepts related to unit (5) were taught up to page55.
They have been able to use following sentences about farm and wild animals:
It is black and white. It is big. It has got four legs. It has got a long tail. It’s a cow.
Is it big? Yes, it is. /No it isn’t.
Are they big? No, they aren’t.
Have they got wings? Yes, they have. No, they haven’t.
They did some pages of their activity books too.
۲nd /phonics2/
In phonics sessions, long U (ue , u-e) with its sound, examples and sentences were taught and practiced.
Some pages of their phonics books were done, too.

In phonics sessions letters (C, W) with their sounds, actions, formations, flashcards and sentences were taught. They did some pages of their phonics book, too.
C= car, cat, cake, carrot, cup, cap W= white, window, wind, web, wet, water
Students are able to read following sentences, too.
He is sad. She is sad. It is a cup. This is a cat.
In GE sessions, different kinds of foods and fruits were taught and practiced so students have been able to make following sentences:
I like a/an (banana, cake, orange juice, chocolate cake, lemon cake).
I don’t like (peaches, oranges, plums, water).
