During this week, following sentences in science have been covered:
Cat is a living thing.
Desk is a non-living thing.
Living things can drink water, eat food, walk, have a baby and grow.
They need sun, air, water, food and shelter.
There are five senses. (sense of sight, sense of hearing, sense of taste, sense of smell, sense of touch).
I can see with my eyes.
I can hear with my ears.
I can smell with my nose.
I can touch with my hands.
I can taste with my tongue.
What is a solid? Solid has a definite shape.
Desk is a solid.
In phonics session, students learnt to make sentences with new words.
Also they practiced reading skill.
In GE session, students did their activity books. also they practiced following sentences:
Sara’s mum is a doctor.
This is Ali’s bag.
I can move my legs.
He can wave his arms.
She can nod her head.
She can’t clap her hands.
He can’t touch his toes.

In GE session, students got familiar with different parts of the body such: head, shoulder, knees, eyes, ears, nose, hand, leg, arm. Also, they listened to “head and shoulder” and “open-close” songs. In addition, they watched “numbers” and “color” videos.
In phonics session, they got familiar with letter “o” sound. Also, they watched “letter o” video.
In science session, students got familiar with different parts of the body such as: head, hand, arm, leg, neck, eyes, ears.
In math session, they got familiar with different sizes such as: small, medium, big.

In GE session, students got familiar with different parts of the body such: head, shoulder, knees, eyes, ears, nose, hand, leg, arm. Also, they listened to “head and shoulder” and “open-close” songs.
In phonics session, students got familiar with “letter L” sound and some letter “L” words such as: lion, leg, log.
In science session, students got familiar with different parts of the body such as: head, hand, arm, leg, neck, eyes, ears. In addition, they got familiar with two senses.

In GE session, they got familiar with family members such as: mom, dad, sister, brother, baby, uncle, aunt. The following sentences have been covered:
I have got 1 brother. He’s 8.
I haven’t got a sister.
Have you got a brother? Yes, I have.
Have you got a sister? No, I haven’t.
In science session, they learnt to make following sentences:
I can see the sun.
I can see clouds.
I can see a bird.
In math session, students learnt to read and write numbers 13-14-15.
۳rd grade
In GE session, students got familiar with different jobs such as: vet, police officer, journalist, dentist, teacher, pilot. Also, they learnt to ask and answer questions with she /he.
Is she a teacher? Yes, she is.
Is he a dentist? No, he isn’t.
In addition, they got familiar with possessive ‘s. students are able to make following sentences:

They listened to “open-close” and “once upon a December” songs.
In math session, they learnt to create a pictograph.
Pictograph: a pictograph uses pictures to show how many.
In science session, they learnt to make following sentences:

۴th, 5th, 6th
During this week, teacher reviewed unit 3 and unit 4. Students took an exam in order to be checked.
In addition, they learnt to describe people in paintings and pictures.

GE: During the week shapes were reviewed with songs and videos. And students got familiar with different fruits so they are able to make following sentences:

Science: students got familiar with the concept of matter. (Solid)

Is the milk solid? – No
Math: Students practiced to write the numbers 1 to 10.
Phonics: Vowels “i-e” , “ie” , and “igh” were practiced and reviewed by the examples.

GE: During the week students got familiar with the seasons and different kinds of weathers, they also practiced the activities they can do.
I like reading book on rainy days.
I like flying kite on windy days…
Science: Seasons, their characteristics and the occurrences happen during each season were taught and practiced.
In the spring flowers begin to bloom.
Trees have got blossoms.
Math: students did the activities on the book related to paths and mazes.

GE: during the week students got familiar with the seasons and different kinds of weathers, they also practiced the activities they can do.
