۵th and 6th Grade
In Science sessions, following topics and sentences have been covered:
How do you group objects?
Using a balance.
What is light and what is heavy?
What happens if parts fall apart?
We can sort objects in different ways, according to the size, color, shape and hardness.
A balance helps you to compare weights.
Some objects are light while others are heavy.
You can know the weight of an abject by using a balance.
Some objects are made of several parts and pieces.
In GE sessions, simple past and past continuous were reviewed. Students have been able to use these tenses perfectly.
Also students learnt different countries and nationalities and they practiced a conversation in pairs.
First conditional was taught, too.
If I win a free trip, I will go to the UK.
If she wins a free trip, she will go to Brazil.

First grade
Alphabet letters were reviewed completely. Long vowel /a/ has been taught and practiced during the week.
/ai/ => rain , nail , tail , train
/ay/ => day, pay, spray
/a-e/ => make, cake, gate, take
Colors and numbers were also reviewed during the week.
Second grade
Students learnt about possessive pronouns “her, my”. They have started reading their storybooks in order to enhance their reading fluency. The numbers 4, 5, 6 and the correct way they could be written has been taught. Dictation of words related to school objects has started during the past week more over students tried to read and write sentences that are more complicated.
Third grade
Comparative adjectives have been introduced and practiced during the GE classes. Beside; students learnt about physical appearance in order to describe people.
In science session, they realized the characteristics of “living things” and some essential needs they have, have been noted.

In GE session, students learnt to read and write numbers 1-5. In phonics session, students got familiar with letter /i/ ,/h/ sounds and words such as: igloo. Iguana, ink, hand, hair, house. In addition, they made handicrafts for letter /i/.also; they are able to blend the letters.

In phonics session, they learnt /ai, ay, a-e/ sounds.

In addition, students improved their reading skill. They are able to read and identify long /a/ in words.
۳rd grade

How do you go to school? I go to school by bus.
How many schools are there? There are three schools.
What’s this? /What’s that? It’s a car.
What are these?/ what are those? They are buses.
In phonics session, students learnt magic /e/.
