During this week, students got familiar with 5 senses. Following sentences have been covered:
I can see with my eyes.
I can hear with my ears.
I can smell with my nose.
I can taste with my tongue.
I can touch with my hands.
Students learnt to blend the letters in order to improve their reading skill.
۲nd grade
In phonics sessions, students learnt /i-e/ /ie/ /igh/ sounds.
Kite, pie, night
In science sessions, students learnt to talk about daily activities. Following sentences have been covered:
I wake up at 6:00.
I wash my face.
I brush my teeth.
I eat breakfast.
I go to school.
I eat lunch.
۳rd grade
In science sessions, students learnt about living and non-living animals. They are able to name them and talk about their features. Also, they learnt about animals and their babies.
۴th, 5th grade
In GE sessions, they got familiar with weather. They read story books in order to improve their reading skills. They had spelling test every session. In addition, they had test from unit 1-2.

During this week in GE sessions, pages 28-33 have been covered.
Students could improve their reading and speaking skills by giving a summary of different readings.
They completed their activity books and did some extra worksheets, too.

Students got familiar with long /e/. They learnt the related examples as well. Moreover, in science session the concept of solid, liquid and gas was taught.

۲nd grade
Students wrote dictation in different contexts such as statements and questions form. Living things and non-living things were reviewed and practiced during science sessions.
